With its aim to provide excellent features of recording, play back, delivery, and voice calls even at a classroom environment, Cistera Networks has just announced its latest PresenceManager Presence Engine. The VoIP management is also suitable to have a comprehensive view of a particular instituion's IP telephony activity. It was said to be first implemented at Katy Texas Independent School District. The major requirement, according to Cistera's officials, is to control presence in a classroom, with the focus of how and when phones ought to ring.
