The MSN Messenger was developed to provide internet surfers a handy tool for their electronic messaging needs. Plus, the users of this program could also browse through the information on cyberspace even while using it as an instant messaging client. It requires an MSN Hotmail electronic messaging account, but it is very easy to have one since it is provided free by Microsoft. Over IE, I'd certainly choose this program as my main internet site browser, you know.

I think this would be used by more and more people as fast and affordable internet connections are now available.
